Our electronic signature platform continues to evolve, with numerous new features having been released in 2018. No less than 10 product updates were released throughout the year!
Here are ConsignO Cloud’s most important new features that you might have missed:
- Launch of the Business plan, which allows organizations to assign multiple project managers to a signature project
- Ability to assign new roles to signature project managers (administrator, manager, secretary or editor) according to the user rights required (Business and Enterprise)
- Ability to create groups of users to better monitor project progress, share projects and address books and manage the user rights for a group’s members (Enterprise plan)
- Ability to refuse signing a project
- Ability to modify a project currently in progress
- Ability to add people to be notified
- Ability to create and use signature project templates
- Ability to add messages to signature projects
- General message to all signers (displayed on the signature project page and in the email sent to all signers inviting them to sign a document)
- Private message to an individual signer (displayed on the signature project page and in the email sent to the signer inviting him or her to sign a document)
- Ability to attach multiple documents to a signature project
- Compliance with the PAdES standard (Level 4 – B-LTA, Long-Term Validation) of documents signed using ConsignO Cloud, which guarantees that all proof of a signers’ long-term validation and a timestamp are included in the document
- Ability to select multiple documents and upload them to a project at the same time
- Ability to authenticate signature project managers via an organization’s Active Directory (AD) (Enterprise plan)
- Ability to specify anchors using ConsignO Cloud’s API to position signature zones automatically
- Ability to have a series of documents signed in a mandatory order established by the signature project manager
- Ability for signers to sign documents by uploading an image of their handwritten signature or by saving the image of their signature captured when signing on a mobile device
