New features / Improvements:
- A new “Auto-generated” attribute is included in the contacts CSV export, allowing identification and prevention of duplicates during import and export.
- When setting up authentication delegation for signatories on the client’s IdP, the second factor for domain signatories is automatically updated upon their first login.
Bug fixes:
- It is no longer possible to modify a project (e.g., delete a text field) while a signature is in progress, which could previously result in audit logs not being generated.
- The option to force the completion of a project from the dashboard is visible again, and the English labels are correctly displayed.
- It is now possible to combine an image and freehand drawings in a custom signature. The drawings are no longer erased when an image is uploaded.
- Documents whose names contain special characters (such as em dashes, typographic quotation marks, accents, commas) can once again be downloaded and unzipped correctly.
- When making API calls using the LoginAs feature on an organization requiring or preferring PDF/A conversion, adding a PDF/A-1b document previously caused a blocking error (
DOCUMENT_PDFA1_NOT_SIGNED_CONVERSION_WARNING). This issue is now resolved: the document is automatically flattened and converted to PDF/A-3b, as expected. - Potentially dangerous special characters (
<> $ % ! # ? § ; * ~ / \ | ^ = [ ] { } ,as well as tabs and control characters) are now prohibited in users’ first and last name fields to prevent data injection risks. A clear error message is displayed if an invalid character is detected. - The “Individual” option is no longer offered to a user restricted to groups, preventing the creation of individual projects that they would not be able to edit afterward.
- The signature description now displays correctly when an image is used as a custom signature.
- The terms of use are no longer displayed systematically for an in-person signer without an email address once they have already been accepted.
Notary entity bug fixes
- Modifying a workflow in draft status with an action in “started” status via the API no longer causes an authorization error.
- When editing a draft project to add an attachment, the corresponding text field is now correctly added to the project’s fields section.
