- Improved Error Message for Invalid Cloud Certificates – Solo
- When a Solo user has an invalid cloud certificate serial number (not found, not activated, or expired), the error message displayed during login is now more explicit and provides clearer guidance to help the user resolve the issue.
- Removal of the Word “Cloud” from the Solo Login Page
- References to the word “Cloud” have been removed from the Solo login page (Solo Login Page) in both English and French, across both Production and Sandbox environments.
Bug Fixes
- Signature Field Does Not Display Name When It Is Too Long
- When a signer’s name exceeds the available width, the signature field now displays it correctly, allowing users to clearly identify each signature within a project.
- Payment Selection Error After More Than One Hour
- Fixed an issue that occurred when a user remained on the payment page for more than one hour before making a selection. This issue could prevent users from choosing the “Free Trial” option for the Business 5 plan.
Fixes and Enhancements for Notary Entities
- Project Deletion Notification Email Detailed by Category – CNQ
- The notification email informing users of upcoming project deletions now includes a breakdown by project type (Other Document, Technological Notarial Deed, Authentic Certified Copy, etc.), helping to avoid confusion for notaries.
- Visual Differentiation of Legal Entities in the Signer List – CNQ
- When the same contact is added both as an individual signer and as a representative of a legal entity, the interface now displays a distinct color, icon, and organization name to clearly differentiate the two entries in the left-hand panel.
- Creation of Duplicate Contacts With or Without a Legal Entity – CNQ
- It is now possible to keep two otherwise identical contacts in the address book when the only difference is the Legal Entity option. Previously, the system would reuse the existing contact instead of creating a new one.
