Bug fixes
- Signers Using OpenID as 2FA
- When a signer using OpenID followed a signature or reminder link received by email, they were redirected to the dashboard instead of being properly returned to the pre-signature page.
- The post-authentication redirection logic has been corrected to preserve the context of the email link and return the user to the correct step in the signing process.
- Role Loss After Account Expiration
- An organization user who reconnected after their account had expired could lose the roles associated with their profile, causing access and authorization issues.
- The role restoration and retention mechanism after reconnection has been fixed to ensure user permissions are properly maintained after account expiration and subsequent login.
- Certified Copy Download Failure
- Certain Unicode characters in the document name could cause certified copy downloads to fail.
- File name encoding is now fully supported and compatible.
- Audit Log Download Blocked by Special Characters
- The presence of certain special characters such as æ or œ in the project name could prevent direct download of the audit log.
- The handling of project names used in downloads has been updated to properly support these characters and prevent file generation errors.
- “Send Reminder” Option Missing for the Secretary Role
- Users with the Secretary role could send reminders from the My Projects page but not from the Organization Projects page, despite having the same functional need.
- Permissions and action visibility have been aligned so that the Send Reminder option is now available to secretaries on the organization page when the project belongs to them.
- “My Organization” Page Inaccessible for Free Trial Accounts
- Free trial accounts did not have access to the My Organization page, limiting the administrative capabilities expected for this account type.
- Access to this page has been corrected to make the section available according to the intended rules for free trial accounts.
- Contact Import and Propagation
- When a contact already used in a project or template was imported with change propagation enabled, an error message could appear and certain buttons could remain disabled, even though the import process might partially continue.
- The import and propagation workflow has been corrected to better handle contacts already in use, eliminate interface blocking issues, and ensure consistent behavior of displayed messages.
Fixes and Enhancements for Notary Entities
- Display of Legal Entity Information in Notifications for Text Fields – CNQ
- When the owner of a text field uses a contact associated with a legal entity, the organization name is now displayed in notification emails. This clearly identifies the entity on whose behalf the signature is being performed.
- Nature Change Not Reflected in the UI – CNQ
- When a notary changed their legal nature after being uploaded to the GCN, the interface did not retrieve the updated information, preventing the correct label from appearing in the project name.
- Synchronization with data returned by the GCN API has been corrected to take the updated nature into account and properly reflect the information in the user interface.
- Validation of Notarial act Type on Modification – CNQ
- Fixed an issue where the API allowed a Technological Notarial Act to be modified without specifying the notarial nature . The system now properly enforces this mandatory field, preventing the saving of incomplete or invalid notarial nature configurations.
