- Signature on behalf of a Legal Entity
- ConsignO Cloud introduces the ability for a signer to act officially on behalf of a legal entity, strengthening the legal scope and compliance of CertifiO and electronic signatures.
- This enhancement integrates seamlessly across the entire workflow (preparation, signing, notifications, audit, and API).

Important: ConsignO Cloud provides the infrastructure to indicate and track this association, but does not verify or certify that the signer has the legal authority to act on behalf of the legal entity. This validation remains the responsibility of the involved parties.
Bug fixes
- Display of document type when duplicating or creating from a template
- Fix for the display of the “Document Type” section when duplicating a project or creating one from a template.
- Multi-document project – Keeping the signed document displayed
- Fix to document navigation so that the signed document remains displayed after a signature is applied.
- Blocking issue during PDF/A conversion when creating or duplicating a project
- Fix for an issue where the “PDF/A Conversion Required” dialog would loop when duplicating or creating a project containing a non-compliant document. From now on, once the conversion is accepted, the project is correctly created with the converted document.
- Validation of certificate revocation status
- Fix for an issue that allowed signing with a revoked certificate. ConsignO Cloud now checks the revocation status before authorization:
- Revoked certificate ? signature is blocked and an error message is displayed
- Language of Terms of Use
- The Terms of Use are now displayed in the language selected by the signer, regardless of the language configured by the initiator.
- Fix for an issue that allowed signing with a revoked certificate. ConsignO Cloud now checks the revocation status before authorization:
- Audit trail generation with document names containing special characters
- An issue prevented the generation and download of the audit trail when the document name contained accented or special characters (e.g., “Déclaration.pdf”).
- This issue is now fixed: audit trail generation works correctly regardless of the file name, and previously affected projects have been restored. Users can once again download their audit trail without interruption.

- CCA naming convention update
- The naming convention for project names and generated PDF files for certified true copies (CCA) has been revised to provide more complete and consistent identification.
- Names now include enriched information to facilitate identification and classification.

- Fix for an issue that allowed signing with a revoked certificate. ConsignO Cloud now verifies the revocation status before authorization. If the certificate is revoked then the signature is blocked and an error message is displayed.
- Failure in contact propagation for legacy projects without act type
- An issue prevented the propagation of contact updates to other projects and templates when one of the target projects was a legacy Traditional Notarial Act (ANT) project without an associated act type.
- The operation would fail silently without applying any updates.
- This issue is now resolved: contact propagation works correctly even when legacy projects without an act type are present, including those created by a notary’s collaborator.
