Improvements:
- It is now possible to replace a group of recipients with a signatory.
- All text in drop-down lists is displayed without clipping.
Bug fixes:
- From now on, a new CertifiO Desktop membership, followed by subscribing to a ConsignO Cloud membership, no longer gives access to the ConsignO Cloud Solo option in the menu.
- When editing a project, if all signature areas are removed from a document, the corresponding tab changes from blue to gray again to indicate that no signature areas are present.
- The “Conversion Confirmation” dialog box no longer appears when the “Do not show the PDF conversion message again” option is checked.
- The “Download Confirmation” dialog box indicates that only projects with a status of “Completed” will be downloaded.
- The “Leave this page” confirmation dialog no longer appears when forcing the end of a signature project.
- On the password reset page, clicking the “Reset” button without filling in the “Password” field correctly displays the error message: “New password is required.”
- When an administrator attempts to generate an API key with an email address belonging to a domain not authorized by the organization, an error message is displayed.
- The handling of accents in contact first and last names has been improved to allow the import and export of contacts without errors.
- The message to everyone included in a template can now be edited, even when the template includes a group of recipients and a person to notify.
- A user who does not have transfer rights on a project no longer sees the transfer option among their available actions.
- A document with an external signature to ConsignO Cloud with missing fields can still be uploaded and used in a signature project.
Solo
- Aspects added to a document during a first action are now preserved, even after switching tabs and then adding new aspects.
- Holders of a CertifiO Cloud signature and an expired Business plan are no longer blocked after clicking “Cancel” in the second factor confirmation dialog.
