Improvements:
- Change to the behavior of the mandatory PDF/A option: the error message that appears after the conversion to PDF/A fails now offers the option to flatten the document, which will preserve its visual elements while possibly its complexity and ensure its conversion.
- Password creation rules are simplified and standardized with other products.
Bug fixes:
- Transfer of a completed and expired signature project is possible, with an expiration date set at 30 days from transfer.
- Editing a contact in the address book with propagation indicates, in the propagation message, the number of templates that will be affected by this modification.
- It is not possible to delete a signature zone in a current signature project with multiple documents.
- The warning message that a document does not contain a signature zone in a signature project with multiple documents is displayed again.
API
- An explicit error message is displayed when a signature project is created or launched with an incorrect AMR description.
SOLO
- It is now possible to add up to 12 different signature aspects, as well as an unlimited number of signature zones on a document, regardless of whether the account has a ConsignO Cloud subscription or not.
